By accessing edgeserviceautomation.digital or enrolling in a lesson with Edge Service Automation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a place.

Lessons and informational pricing
Descriptions of intensives, mentorship, clinics, and rates are informational. A booking is formed only when we confirm dates, fees, and your acceptance in writing (email is sufficient). We do not process payments through this website.
No investment advice
Training teaches chart-mapping craft. Nothing on this site or in class is personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of trading results. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, worksheets, annotated examples, and site content remain our property or that of our licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal learning. You may not republish, resell, or teach from our materials as your own course without written permission.
Conduct
We may refuse or end a booking if a participant disrupts a session, records others without consent, or misrepresents our teaching as live trade signals.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after training. Our liability for a confirmed lesson is limited to the fees paid for that lesson where a remedy is required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
